How do you create change that lasts?
The average person has around 60,000 thoughts every day. The problem is up to 95% of those thoughts are the same ones you’ve already had. If you want different results, you need a new behavior. And to get a new behavior, you have to start by developing new capacities, capabilities, and beliefs.
